Chris Warren, Jr. is one of the breakout stars of Disney’s Teen Choice and Emmy award winning hit movie "High School Musical" and the cable TV record-breaking sequel HSM 2. He portrays Zeke, the basketball player who secretly loves to bake. Chris is also featured on the nominated multi-platinum "High School Musical" soundtrack, which was the best selling album of 2006. He will reprise his role in the upcoming Feature Film HSM 3 set for summer of 2008.

His feature film credits include "Men Of Honor" in which he shared the role portraying first African American Navy Diver ‘Carl Brasheer’ with Cuba Gooding, Jr. also starring Robert DeNiro, "Love and Basketball" with Omar Epps & Sanaa Latham, "Blue Streak" with Martin Lawrence "American Gun" with Forest Whitaker & Donald Sutherland & has recently finished Starring in “Depth Charge” to be released early summer 2008. On television, he guest starred on “Just Jordan,” "The Bernie Mac Show," re-occured on "Zoey 101," "Unfabulous," "Any Day Now," "Becker," and 3 seasons of "The Bold and the Beautiful."

Born in Indianapolis, Indiana on January 15th, Warren comes from an acting family. His dad, Christopher Warren has credits that include, “CSI NY” “Journeyman” “Lincoln Heights” “ER” and “American Dreams.” His mother Brook Kerr’s credits include the new HBO pilot “True Blood” “Cane” “CSI:Miami” and an 8-year run on NBC’s “Passions.”

The family moved to California when Chris Jr. was age 6 and he booked his first LA acting job after tagging along with his dad on an audition less then 48 hours from arriving. He continued consistently booking parts and eventually landed the coveted role of young Simba in the Broadway production of "The Lion King" and was also part of the national tour.

When he's not working, Warren plays football for Chaminade High School (2006 Mission League Champs) as running back on offense and awarded “all league linebacker” in 2006 & 2007 on defense. Chris recently received a Teen Choice Award for HSM2. He enjoys spending time with his friends, writing, rapping, playing basketball, and video games. Chris is currently working on his music and hopes to release his first single by fall 2008.
